We offer subscription-based app development, including:
Task-Based Development: Each plan includes a set number of tasks per month. Tasks are defined fairly.
Task Requests: Submit tasks up to your monthly allocation; completed in order received.

Task Rollover: Unused tasks do not carry over unless specified.
4. Subscription Terms
Fees & Payment: All fees are due in advance and non-refundable.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
Plan Changes: Upgrades/downgrades apply next billing cycle.
Fee Changes: Fees may change with notice.
5. Accounts
Creation: Provide accurate account information.
Security: Keep your login credentials safe; notify us of unauthorized use.
6. Intellectual Property
Client Ownership: Deliverables belong to you after full payment.
Company Materials: We retain rights to proprietary tools/methods.
License: Any Company Materials included in Deliverables are licensed to you for use with them.
7. Support & Communication
All support requests: hey@davay.studio. You consent to electronic communication about your account.
8. Client Responsibilities
Provide all content and materials needed.
Comply with Swiss laws.
Do not misuse or interfere with Services.
9. Liability
Services are provided “as is.”
Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last three months.
No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Davay.studio against claims, damages, or expenses from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
By You: Cancel your subscription.
By Us: Breach or legal requirements may result in termination.
Certain clauses survive termination (IP, liability, indemnification).
12. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: Swiss law.
Jurisdiction: Courts in Switzerland.
Arbitration: Disputes may be resolved through Swiss arbitration.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance. Major changes are communicated by email.
